The 23rd International Kodály Symposium is a premier professional development opportunity for music educators, musicians, and music enthusiasts from around the world. 150 to 200 delegates, along with many distinguished and internationally renowned guest speakers, presenters, performers, scholars, and hundreds of audience members, will gather at Augustana Campus of the University of Alberta in Camrose for world class presentations, workshops, concerts, community singing and dancing. Marketplace booths and advertising in the Symposium program provide direct access to this large and internationally diverse group. We thank you, in advance, for your support!

 

Marketplace Booth

 

The Marketplace is located on the main floor of the Forum on the Augustana Campus. Booths are one 6-foot table with white tablecloth, two chairs, and wifi. Power may be available upon request. Cost: $150 per booth over 3 days. Note: Space is limited so book early

 

  • Exhibits will be displayed in the Forum on the Augustana Campus of the University of Alberta near a café, sandwich bar, and information desk.
  • Tables are 6 ft., with white tablecloth (but no skirting), and come with 2 chairs. 
  • Free wifi is available onsite. 
  • Electricity will be available for a limited number of tables, allocated on a first booked and requested basis. 
  • Cost per table:  $150 (plus 5% GST) over three days. As space is limited (12-15 tables), book early.
  • All exhibitors will be promoted on the conference website.

Exhibit times:

 

  • Set up is available on Tuesday, August 8th between 12:30 – 6:00 pm and Wednesday, August 9th, between 8:00 – 9:00 am.
  • The Augustana Forum/trade fair will be open Wednesday, August 9th – Friday, August 11th from 9:00 am – 4:15 pm daily (tentative).

While there will be security onsite, the exhibits will not be locked.  Exhibitors may wish to pack valuable items away at the end of the day.
